Tjbaji accepts deposits via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit: ৳50
• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳50,000 (may vary depending on method)
• Deposits are normally credited instantly. If there is a delay, please wait 24 hours or contact Support.
• The mobile banking number you use when making a deposit must be registered in your own name — deposits from third-party numbers will not be accepted.
• Tjbaji does not charge any deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawing your winnings from tjbaji is straightforward. However, certain conditions apply to ensure compliance with security and financial regulations.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–20 minutes. Requests made between midnight and 6:00 AM may take 30–60 minutes.
• Winnings generated from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Wagering requirements are typically 20 to 35 times the bonus amount. The exact figure is specified in each individual offer.
• Bonuses generally have a 30-day validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• If tjbaji determines that a bonus is being exploited in violation of its terms, tjbaji reserves the right to void that bonus and any associated winnings.

What Happens If a Match Is Cancelled or Incomplete

If a match is cancelled before completion or abandoned mid-game for any reason, tjbaji settles bets according to the following rules:

• In T20 cricket: if a match is interrupted by rain or any other reason after both teams have completed a minimum of 5 overs, the result will be determined by the DLS method.
• Single-market bets (such as wicket or run markets): if the relevant portion of the match is not completed, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If an entire match is cancelled, all bets will be considered void and stakes will be returned.
• Football: if a match is abandoned after 45+ minutes of play, settlement may be based on the score at the time of abandonment.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are final. tjbaji is not liable for bets voided due to server lag or network issues.

Tjbaji is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment for all players. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to tjbaji's systems.
• Collusion or card-marking with other players.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable.

Tjbaji's platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. tjbaji will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the following circumstances:

• Bets lost or missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Payment delays due to third-party service providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Password theft or account compromise resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service unavailability due to technical errors or scheduled maintenance.

However, tjbaji is always committed to resolving issues promptly and assisting affected players in a fair manner.

You may request to close your account at any time. Likewise, tjbaji reserves the right to close or suspend an account if deemed necessary.

• Self-Exclusion can be activated by emailing Support or through the Self-Exclusion option in the app settings.
• Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Tjbaji may suspend an account without notice in cases of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or unusual betting patterns. Any balance will be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

Tjbaji reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a banner notice on the website or by email.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
